  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 150 milliliters vegetable oil

  • Preheat the oil in a pan, and fry the chiles one by one, also fry the almonds, the piece of bolillo, the garlic, and the onion, then put everything in the blender, add vinegar, cinnamon, oregano, orange juice, avocado leaves, and salt and pepper; blend until thick, if desired, you can add a little more juice. In the remaining oil, fry the chicken, drain excess oil, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with Knorr chicken bouillon, and pour over the previously blended mixture.
