Chicken Broth with a Touch of Chipotle Pepper

  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, cut into strips, washed and disinfected
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into strips, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 cups chicken, shredded
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount

  • In a pot, heat a little oil, then add the onion, tomato, and chili, and sauté until it forms a sort of paste.
  • Add the chicken broth to the pot where the sauté was made and let it boil for 10 minutes, then add the vegetables and let it boil until cooked. Turn off the heat and serve.
