1 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granules (for the sauce)
10 tomatillos, (for the sauce)
1 clove garlic, (for the sauce)
1/4 onions, small (for the sauce)
2 serrano chiles, (for the sauce)
1 cup water, (for the sauce)
12 corn tortillas, (for the enchiladas)
1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded (for the enchiladas)
1 zucchini , grated (for the enchiladas)
2 tomatoes, diced (for the enchiladas)
1 tablespoon oil , (for the enchiladas)
1/2 cups queso fresco, grated (for the enchiladas)

Blend the sauce ingredients with 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Suiza granules.
Sauté the sauce in 1 teaspoon of oil and set aside.
In a skillet with the rest of the oil, sauté the tomato, zucchini, and chicken, and season with the remaining chicken granules.
Heat the tortillas, fill them with chicken, and bathe them with the sauce.
Serve sprinkled with cheese on top.
