Chicken Dobladas

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granules (for the sauce)
  • 10 tomatillos, (for the sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic, (for the sauce)
  • 1/4 onions, small (for the sauce)
  • 2 serrano chiles, (for the sauce)
  • 1 cup water, (for the sauce)
  • 12 corn tortillas, (for the enchiladas)
  • 1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded (for the enchiladas)
  • 1 zucchini , grated (for the enchiladas)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced (for the enchiladas)
  • 1 tablespoon oil , (for the enchiladas)
  • 1/2 cups queso fresco, grated (for the enchiladas)

  • Blend the sauce ingredients with 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Suiza granules.
  • Sauté the sauce in 1 teaspoon of oil and set aside.
  • In a skillet with the rest of the oil, sauté the tomato, zucchini, and chicken, and season with the remaining chicken granules.
  • Heat the tortillas, fill them with chicken, and bathe them with the sauce.
  • Serve sprinkled with cheese on top.
