300 grams beans, cooked
1/2 chicken stock
1/4 onions
1 hoja santa
1 clove garlic
10 corn tortillas
1 chicken breast , shredded
cotija cheese , to taste
sour cream , to taste
1/4 chorizos
Preparation

Place the beans, chicken broth, cream, onion, garlic, and hoja santa.
Fry them in a pan with a little hot oil. Season to taste; if it becomes too thick, add more broth.
Pass the tortillas through hot oil, and remove the excess grease with absorbent paper.
Fold the tortillas on a plate, fill them with the shredded chicken, and bathe them with the bean sauce.
If desired, you can fry some chorizo and distribute it throughout the plate.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese and add more cream if needed.
