4 chicken drumsticks, skinless and washed
2 bell pepper, in strips without seeds
1/2 onions, in strips
garlic salt
1/4 cups sour cream
soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter
pepper

In a skillet over low heat, place the cleaned chicken legs, cover the skillet, and let the legs brown.
After about 20 minutes, add the bell pepper and onion. Season with garlic salt, pepper, and a bit of soy sauce.
Once the bell pepper is cooked with the chicken's own juice, add the cream and stir until well combined.
Serve hot accompanied by your preferred side dishes.
