Chicken Medallions with Chipotle

6 chickens, into medallions
1 can evaporated milk
1 can ear corn
2 tablespoons butter
1 canned chipotle pepper
1 garlic
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter and brown the medallions.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Once the medallions are cooked, add the corn kernels.
Blend the evaporated milk with the garlic and the desired amount of chiles.
Finally, pour into the skillet with the chicken and let it boil for a few minutes.
