  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cups olives
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 6 pickled Jalapeño chiles

  • Wash and dry the chicken well, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add lime juice.
  • Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil and let the onion sauté until translucent. Add the tomato and let it simmer on low heat.
