In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil. When it starts to boil, add the chicken and the other ingredients except for the green mole.
Remove the chicken pieces and strain the broth.
In a clay pot, mix 1 liter of broth with the Cocina Mestiza green mole. Once the mole is integrated with the broth, add the chicken pieces. When they are hot, serve.
