  • 6 chicken breasts, cut in 4 and flattened
  • 1/2 kilos huitlacoche
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • chicken broth, as needed
  • butter
  • salt, and pepper

  • In a saucepan, melt a little butter and sauté the chopped onion, then add the chopped garlic. Add the cleaned and chopped huitlacoche and season with salt. Cook until it releases all its juices.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and cover them with the huitlacoche. Put it in the oven for a few minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked.
