In a saucepan, melt a little butter and sauté the chopped onion, then add the chopped garlic. Add the cleaned and chopped huitlacoche and season with salt. Cook until it releases all its juices.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and cover them with the huitlacoche. Put it in the oven for a few minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked.
