Blend the tomato sauce with the herbs and pour it into a pot over medium heat, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Season the meat, make a circle in the center, add the cream cheese, and close it by shaping the meatballs into rounds. In a pot, pour a little water to cover the meatballs and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with the tomato sauce, and accompany with rice.
