Cream Cheese Filled Chicken Meatballs

  • 500 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless), ground
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • salt
  • water
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 20 grams butter
  • ground black pepper

  • Blend the tomato sauce with the herbs and pour it into a pot over medium heat, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Season the meat, make a circle in the center, add the cream cheese, and close it by shaping the meatballs into rounds. In a pot, pour a little water to cover the meatballs and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
  • Serve on a plate, drizzle with the tomato sauce, and accompany with rice.
