Habanero Wings

  • 15 chickens, wings

  • In a pot, heat the liter of oil. Wash and cut the chicken wings into two pieces. Season with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes, then remove and drain.
  • On a griddle, roast the two garlic cloves, half an onion, and the 3 habanero peppers. Once roasted, place them in the blender with the juice of one lime, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt the half stick of butter and add the wings and the blender mixture. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure everything is well combined. Finally, add the tablespoon of Maggi seasoning and lime juice, stir for 1 more minute and turn off the heat. Serve.
