  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken broth Mccormick®
  • 1 chicken breast , (approximately 200 g)
  • 3 yellow lemons
  • 2 garlic
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 2 dried árbol chiles
  • 10 milliliters oil
  • Mccormick® ground black pepper, to taste

  • Cut the breast into 4 pieces and season with McCormick® Chicken Broth and pepper.
  • Slice the garlic into thin sheets.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic; once golden, remove it.
  • Sear the breasts in the same oil until golden, add the chiles. Squeeze one lemon, adjust the seasoning, and add the parsley sprigs.
