Mexican-Style Chicken Huarache

This recipe for making huarache is very original. Instead of cream and salsa, it comes with some cooked nopales. Mmh! It's delicious.

  • 1 tortillas, huarache type
  • 1 gram boneless chicken breast
  • 40 grams queso fresco, grated
  • 40 grams radish, chopped
  • 20 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 100 grams nopal, in small cubes
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Prepare the nopales as if they were Mexican-style. Put a little oil, the nopales, and the radish in the oil. When ready, add the cilantro. Adjust salt and pepper.
  • Add salt and pepper to the chicken breast. In a pan with a little oil, cook it.
  • Grill the huarache on the griddle
  • Place the chicken, the nopales, and sprinkle a little cheese on top.
