Mustard and Honey Chicken Cones

This is a delicious recipe for mustard chicken cones made with crispy flour tortillinas that will provide all the texture and flavor needed for this dish. We added a bit of honey to this recipe to enhance the mustard flavor and lighten the sauce that accompanies them. It will become your favorite breakfast.

  • 6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 300 grams chicken breast , cut into sheets
  • 50 milliliters mustard, American
  • 15 milliliters honey
  • 1 tomato, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green pumpkin , cut into half moons
  • 1 butterhead lettuce, washed, disinfected, and dried
  • 20 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

  • Mix the mustard and honey perfectly.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and marinate with the mustard mixture.
  • Fry the chicken breast in oil and cut into thin strips.
  • Brown the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® into cones in the oven or on a skillet, being careful not to burn them.
  • Wrap the vegetables and chicken strips in the lettuce leaves and then place them in Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® cones.
