  • 250 grams canned refried black beans
  • 100 grams añejo cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 chipotle chiles
  • salt

  • Take a tostada and spread a layer of beans mixed with a bit of the broth from chipotle chiles on the base.
  • On top of the beans, add cream, shredded chicken, finely chopped lettuce seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little oil and vinegar.
