Rajas Poblanas with Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 kilo Poblano chile
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 table cream
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can ear corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons granulated chicken bouillon

  • In a skillet, put the butter and fry the chili (washed and deveined) and the onion, both sliced into julienne strips.
  • Put the cream cheese and the sour cream in the blender, blend together with chicken broth, pour it into the skillet with the chili and let it cook for a while, then add the shredded chicken breast and corn.
