300 grams tomatillo
100 grams white onion
50 grams garlic
100 grams Jalapeño chile, green
fresh cilantro
200 grams reduced-fat cream cheese
100 grams chicken breast , shredded and cooked
4 corn tortillas
200 grams Manchego cheese, shredded
Preparation

Boil the tomato, garlic, onion, and jalapeños. Once cooked, blend them with cilantro and cream cheese.
Fry the tortillas for two minutes, once fried, fill them with the chicken and roll them up.
Place the tacos in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, sprinkle the shredded manchego cheese on top, and bake the dish until bubbly.
