Swiss Enchiladas

Enjoy these delicious homemade enchiladas that don't take much time to prepare.

  • 300 grams tomatillo
  • 100 grams white onion
  • 50 grams garlic
  • 100 grams Jalapeño chile, green
  • fresh cilantro
  • 200 grams reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 100 grams chicken breast , shredded and cooked
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, shredded

  • Boil the tomato, garlic, onion, and jalapeños. Once cooked, blend them with cilantro and cream cheese.
  • Fry the tortillas for two minutes, once fried, fill them with the chicken and roll them up.
  • Place the tacos in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, sprinkle the shredded manchego cheese on top, and bake the dish until bubbly.
