  • Season the chicken breasts with salt on both sides and set aside.
  • For the milanesas: Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bread the milanesas one by one, making sure to cover them completely.
  • Dip the floured milanesas in the previously beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Spray the milanesas with oil and place them in the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes or until ready. Set aside.
  • For the strips with cream: Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onions, and cook for 4 minutes. Incorporate the strips and corn kernels and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Pour the cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • Place strips with cream in the center of the milanesa and close like a quesadilla. Serve and accompany with steamed vegetables.
