1 chicken, 2 legs, thighs, and 1 large breast
2 onions
parsley, to taste
seasoning
1 envelope artificial flavoring, mushroom flavor
1 glass white wine, moscato, as needed
vegetable oil
12 dough empanadas
2 eggs, hard-boiled
1 can bell pepper, in strips, as needed
1 egg, for brushing the surface
1/2 cups olives, optional
1/2 cups raisins, optional

Cut the chicken into pieces, removing the bones.
Place it in a baking dish, season to taste, and add parsley, oil, and wine, mix well and let marinate overnight or for a day.
The next day, sauté the onion in oil and add the bell pepper, cooking for a few minutes.
Incorporate this into the chicken. Also add chopped hard-boiled eggs, olives, and raisins (optional).
Cut the empanada wrappers into four and join the corners to form little handkerchiefs.
Cover the chicken with it completely.
Brush the surface with egg and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Cook in a moderate oven until the dough is golden and the chicken is cooked.
