Oven-Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • fine herbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon pepper, (pepper mix)

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces, set aside in a bowl of water,
  • Cut the peppers and onion as well, place everything in a bowl, add the spices along with salt and oil, mix everything together and add the meat.
  • Place everything in the tray and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
