1 tablespoon pepper, (pepper mix)

Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium pieces, set aside in a bowl of water,
Cut the peppers and onion as well, place everything in a bowl, add the spices along with salt and oil, mix everything together and add the meat.
Place everything in the tray and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
