1 can red bell pepper, with its juice
1 cup cream
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
3 boneless chicken breasts

In a blender, place the can of red pepper with its juice and add one cup of liquid cream.
Blend well and add salt to taste. Taste and add more salt or cream if necessary.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a previously greased baking dish.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
