Chicken Breasts in Bell Pepper Sauce

  • 1 can red bell pepper, with its juice
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts

  • In a blender, place the can of red pepper with its juice and add one cup of liquid cream.
  • Blend well and add salt to taste. Taste and add more salt or cream if necessary.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a previously greased baking dish.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
  • Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
