Chicken Thighs in Plum Sauce

  • 1 kilo chicken thigh
  • 100 grams prunes
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 sour cream
  • olive oil , necessary amount
  • salt , necessary amount
  • pepper, necessary amount

  • Coat the chicken thighs in flour until well covered, shaking off the excess flour.
  • In a large skillet, add the olive oil and fry the thighs and onion.
  • In a blender, blend the plums, garlic, and cream, adding a little water to make the mixture more liquid.
  • Once the thighs are nicely browned, cover them with the sauce we prepared and let it simmer for a few minutes.
