1 kilo chicken thigh
100 grams prunes
1 garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 sour cream
olive oil , necessary amount
salt , necessary amount
pepper, necessary amount

Coat the chicken thighs in flour until well covered, shaking off the excess flour.
In a large skillet, add the olive oil and fry the thighs and onion.
In a blender, blend the plums, garlic, and cream, adding a little water to make the mixture more liquid.
Once the thighs are nicely browned, cover them with the sauce we prepared and let it simmer for a few minutes.
