Florentine Breasts

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 cups bechamel sauce
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • oil , necessary amount
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • flour , necessary amount

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and coat them in flour.
  • Sear the chicken breasts in a hot pan with oil.
  • Wash the spinach and blanch it in salted water. Add pepper, butter, and half of the cheese.
  • Grease a baking dish and place a layer of spinach, then add the chicken breasts and pour the béchamel sauce over them, sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
