Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and coat them in flour.
Sear the chicken breasts in a hot pan with oil.
Wash the spinach and blanch it in salted water. Add pepper, butter, and half of the cheese.
Grease a baking dish and place a layer of spinach, then add the chicken breasts and pour the béchamel sauce over them, sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
