Macaroni with Chicken and Chilies

2 cups Manchego cheese
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 cups Gruyère cheese
2 cups cow's milk
1 kilo Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 guajillo chiles
1 package elbow pasta

Combine the cheeses in a pot and add the milk. Stir until all the cheeses melt and season with Maggi sauce.
Cook the macaroni in salted water. Once ready, add them to the cheese mixture.
Remove the veins from the chili, roast it on a griddle, and boil it for 5 minutes. Chop it finely and add it to the macaroni with cheese.
Cook the chicken in boiling water. Cut it into cubes and add it to the macaroni mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
