Macaroni with Chicken and Chilies

  • 2 cups Manchego cheese
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Gruyère cheese
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 kilo Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 guajillo chiles
  • 1 package elbow pasta

  • Combine the cheeses in a pot and add the milk. Stir until all the cheeses melt and season with Maggi sauce.
  • Cook the macaroni in salted water. Once ready, add them to the cheese mixture.
  • Remove the veins from the chili, roast it on a griddle, and boil it for 5 minutes. Chop it finely and add it to the macaroni with cheese.
  • Cook the chicken in boiling water. Cut it into cubes and add it to the macaroni mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
