In a baking dish, squeeze half a lemon and add oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and plenty of olive oil. Mix well.
Brush the chicken with the previous mixture and place it on a baking tray, then put it in the oven. Every 20 minutes, turn the chicken thighs and brush with the spice and oil mixture.
Once you have brushed it twice, reduce the temperature to 180° C and brush the chicken every 10 minutes.
