Mediterranean Lemon Chicken

Mediterranean lemon chicken is an ideal dish to prepare on hot days; I always make it for my family, and they love it.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 300 grams lemon
  • 3 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 4 garlic
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • olive oil , to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • In a baking dish, squeeze half a lemon and add oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and plenty of olive oil. Mix well.
  • Brush the chicken with the previous mixture and place it on a baking tray, then put it in the oven. Every 20 minutes, turn the chicken thighs and brush with the spice and oil mixture.
  • Once you have brushed it twice, reduce the temperature to 180° C and brush the chicken every 10 minutes.
