Potato Roll with Gratinated Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 pounds potato
  • 250 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 500 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 500 grams bacon
  • 3 garlic
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 envelope button mushrooms, in sauce
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Marinate the breasts with garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Then cook it in half a liter of water until it is very well cooked.
  • Shred it very well and mix it with the mushroom sauce prepared according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cook the previously peeled potatoes in one liter of water until they are cooked.
  • Make a puree with the potatoes and add the previously chopped cilantro and eggs, mix very well.
  • Spread the puree on a table.
  • Put a layer of chicken, a layer of bacon, and mozzarella on top.
  • Form a roll and place it in a previously buttered mold.
  • Cover the roll with parmesan cheese and place it in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
