Roquefort Chicken

  • 3 cups plain yogurt, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • salt , to taste, for the sauce
  • pepper, to taste, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar, for the sauce
  • 300 grams roquefort cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk , for the sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts

  • Blend all the sauce ingredients until well combined.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a buttered baking dish.
  • Pour the sauce on top and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
