For the Sauce:
Roast and soak the guajillo chiles and the árbol chile in 3/4 cup of water. Reserve the soaking liquid.
Blend the sesame, chiles, onion, garlic, and soaking liquid in a blender; season.
For the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and coat them with the sauce, let them marinate for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the pieces in a baking dish along with the drained can of mushrooms.
Pour the remaining sauce over and bake for half an hour or until the chicken is fully cooked.
