Sweet Chicken Surprise

If you like sweet and sour food, you have to try this delicious sweet and sour chicken surprise recipe, it's very easy to make, it's perfect for a dinner with your friends.

  • 1 chicken breast , cut into 4 steaks
  • 1 acitrón, medium
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cups apricot jam
  • 4 crystallized lemon
  • 1 pinch salt , and pepper

  • Season the chicken breasts on both sides and brush a little apricot jam.
  • Chop the candied fruit into small cubes along with the crystallized fruit, and use this to fill the chicken breasts to make rolls, preheat the oven to 130˚C.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish without them being too close or cramped, add the orange juice, brush with apricot jam, and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the oven for 10 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes (until a golden crust forms on the chicken).
  • Remove from the baking dish and cut diagonally to serve with a little juice on top.
