Poblano Chicken Breasts

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and flattened
  • 500 milliliters sour cream
  • Manchego cheese, necessary amount
  • 350 grams Poblano chile

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish. Blend the cream with the chiles and season to taste.
  • Pour the sauce made from blending the cream with the poblano chile over the chicken breasts and sprinkle cheese to taste. Bake for approximately 45 minutes and serve.
