3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups chicken breast, shredded prepared with Knorr Mi Pollo al Horno
4 tablespoons corn kernels
1.2 kilos Poblano chile strips, roasted and skinless chicken
1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon cow's milk, to beat the egg yolks

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mayonnaise, corn kernels, and poblano pepper.
Place a little of the filling in the center of the empanada disk.
Seal by pressing the edges with a fork.
Brush the top with the egg and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.
