1 cup rice, precooked
150 grams chicken, clean and boneless
150 grams chorizo, in slices
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, seedless and chopped
1/2 red bell peppers, in strips
1 green bell pepper, in strips
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 sprig parsley
1/4 cups olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
salt and pepper

Brown the chorizo and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the chicken and set aside.
Add the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and cook until it releases its juices.
Add the rice and lightly brown it. Add the meat, chicken, and chorizo.
Pour in half of the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, and add the sprig of parsley. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the rest of the chicken broth and cook for 10 more minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.
