  • 1/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle chile powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 chicken, with skin and cleaned (approximately 1.5 kg)
  • 1 cup baby carrot
  • 1 ear corn, quartered white onion
  • 6 Jalapeño chiles, red and green bell peppers, halved
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
  • In a bowl, mix the butter with the garlic, Knorr® Suiza chicken broth, chipotle powder, oregano, cumin, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken with the previous mixture and place it on a baking tray.
  • On the same tray, arrange the baby carrots, corn, peppers, squash, and drizzle with olive oil; season with Knorr® Suiza chicken broth, oregano, and pepper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 220 °C. Lower the oven temperature to 180 °C and continue cooking for another 40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Serve the chicken with the vegetables and enjoy.
