Grilled Chicken Sinaloa Style

Here I share a classic recipe from my land, Sinaloa. It’s classic for afternoons with friends, accompanied by a refreshing drink.

1 kilo chicken
4 guajillo chiles
1 onion
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons thyme
3 garlics
1 glass orange juice
2 bay
1 cup white vinegar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preparation
20 mins

Low
Blend all the ingredients (except the chicken).
Marinate the chicken with the previous preparation for 2 hours or overnight.
Light the charcoal; once the coals are white, grill the chicken.
Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
