Spicy Chicken

This way of preparing chicken is very simple and perfect for spice lovers.

  • 1 shot Tequila
  • 1 clove garlic, large
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 orange, just the juice
  • 1 lime, just the juice

  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 5 black pepper
  • 1 kilo chicken, leg and thigh
  • salt
  • 200 milliliters buffalo sauce
  • 200 milliliters valentina sauce

  • To marinate the chicken, pour the tequila, onion, garlic, lime juice, orange, pepper, cumin, Maggi sauce, and salt into the blender.
  • Blend and pour the mixture over the chicken. Let it rest for 30 to 60 minutes.
  • For the sauce, mix the buffalo sauce and Valentina; you can add Maggi.
  • After resting, place the marinated pieces along with the marinade in a buttered baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring to coat it well.
  • Bake the chicken until well cooked. Serve.
