Stuffed breasts in spinach sauce

It is a delicious alternative for little ones to eat vegetables.

  • 6 chicken fillet, marinated and breaded

  • 2 bunches spinach leaf, disinfected

  • Spread each breast and place a slice of ham, a spinach leaf, and a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of each.
  • Fold each breast in half and fry on both sides in hot oil.
  • For the sauce, boil 2 cups of water in a small pot, add the spinach, with a pinch of salt and pepper, and turn off the heat.
  • Blend the spinach, half cream, onion, garlic, a tablespoon of cream cheese, and the water used to cook the spinach.
  • Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pot and pour in the previous mixture, wait for it to boil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
