Stuffed breasts in spinach sauce

6 chicken fillet, marinated and breaded
180 grams cream cheese
6 slices turkey deli ham
2 bunches spinach leaf, disinfected
1 cup table cream
1/8 onions
1 clove garlic
canola oil, as needed
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Spread each breast and place a slice of ham, a spinach leaf, and a teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of each.
Fold each breast in half and fry on both sides in hot oil.
For the sauce, boil 2 cups of water in a small pot, add the spinach, with a pinch of salt and pepper, and turn off the heat.
Blend the spinach, half cream, onion, garlic, a tablespoon of cream cheese, and the water used to cook the spinach.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pot and pour in the previous mixture, wait for it to boil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
