Fruit Stuffed Chicken

This combination, although it sounds strange, tastes delicious. Try this fruit stuffed chicken recipe, filled with apple and pear and cream cheese, but you can choose your favorite fruits.

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts , flattened
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese , cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • water, necessary amount
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • salt , necessary amount
  • pepper
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 apple, in thin slices
  • 1 pear, in thin slices

  • In a pan, cook the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon.
  • Soften half of the cream cheese and spread it on the chicken breasts, adding slices of pear and apple. Fill the breasts by wrapping them in aluminum foil until tightly sealed. Cook in a pot with chicken broth for 25 minutes.
  • In a pan with melted margarine, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Blend with the remaining cream cheese, cream, and chicken bouillon cube, then return to the pan over low heat until it thickens. Don’t forget to season the sauce.
  • Serve the chicken breast cut into medallions on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
