1 slice cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
lime juice, a few drops
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
salt, to taste
1 egg, beaten
breadcrumbs, necessary amount
flour, necessary amount
vegetable oil, for spreading, necessary amount

Open the chicken breast and spread it with mustard, season with salt and pepper, and marinate with chopped parsley.
Place the ham and cheese. Roll up the breast, you can secure it with toothpicks.
Dredge the rolls in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Place the rolls in a tray with oil and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
