FILLING:
In a little oil, fry the finely chopped onion with the cilantro stems
(set aside in a container), then fry with very little oil
or grill the slices of apple and pineapple until they change color,
chop them and add to the container with the onion and mix with
the cheese.
SAUCE:
Fry a little onion, then add the broth, curry or turmeric
and the cream, season to taste with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Season the breasts with salt and pepper, fill them with the fruits and cheese, roll them up and place them in a pan with very little oil to seal, put them in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the breasts, and bake at 170º for 15 min.
