Spinach Stuffed Chicken

  • 4 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
  • 4 chicken breasts, in fillet
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat cream
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • cooking spray, necessary amount

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat water with a pinch of salt. Immerse the spinach in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then strain.
  • Spray a little oil in a pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
  • Add the cooked spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, fill with spinach and a little panela cheese.
  • Spray a little oil in a baking dish and place the stuffed chicken fillets, bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the fillets are cooked.
  • Serve with Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked Tortillinas®.
