4 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
4 chicken breasts, in fillet
4 cups spinach
1/2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tablespoons low-fat cream
200 grams panela cheese
cooking spray, necessary amount

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat water with a pinch of salt. Immerse the spinach in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then strain.
Spray a little oil in a pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
Add the cooked spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, fill with spinach and a little panela cheese.
Spray a little oil in a baking dish and place the stuffed chicken fillets, bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the fillets are cooked.
Serve with Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked Tortillinas®.
