Stuffed Chicken Breasts for Diabetics

1/2 kilos chicken breast , flattened
1 package cream cheese
1 green chile , seedless
olive oil
salt and pepper

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cut the cheese into strips.
Stuff the chicken breast with cheese and two strips of green chili.
Pour a splash of oil into a saucepan and once hot, place the chicken breasts.
Brown them on low heat; if the heat is too high, they will remain raw inside.
Serve and accompany with salad.
