Stuff them with a piece of ham, a chopped mushroom, and a bit of cream cheese (you can use any cheese you have in the fridge).
Roll the breast up and wrap it in bacon. Fry them in a little oil or butter.
For the sauce: place half a package of cream cheese and about 5 slices of yellow cheese in the blender. Add a cup of milk and blend. Season with salt and pepper and heat.
