Stuffed Chicken with Chard
Angélica Beatriz Martinez Urdaneta
This is a type of chicken that is very healthy because it has almost no cholesterol. The onion is very good and recommended; the sauce also tastes great, I recommend it!

We open the breast and give it a few hits to make it thin.
In a pot with boiling water, we briefly dip the chard leaves, just in and out, only to give them a little heat.
we place a well-drained chard leaf on the chicken breast (well opened), then the ham and the yellow cheese.
and we tuck the edges of the breast inside.
we roll all of that up.
we place the breasts in a baking dish and add the finely chopped onion in julienne and drizzle with olive oil.
We bake until we see that they are all golden.
We take out the breasts and put all the onion along with the juice in the blender and blend (add a little water if necessary).
We place the sauce we blended in a dish and on top of it, the breasts cut into slices.
And finally, we serve.
