Stuffed Chicken with Chard

This is a type of chicken that is very healthy because it has almost no cholesterol. The onion is very good and recommended; the sauce also tastes great, I recommend it!

  • We open the breast and give it a few hits to make it thin.
  • In a pot with boiling water, we briefly dip the chard leaves, just in and out, only to give them a little heat.
  • we place a well-drained chard leaf on the chicken breast (well opened), then the ham and the yellow cheese.
  • and we tuck the edges of the breast inside.
  • we roll all of that up.
  • we place the breasts in a baking dish and add the finely chopped onion in julienne and drizzle with olive oil.
  • We bake until we see that they are all golden.
  • We take out the breasts and put all the onion along with the juice in the blender and blend (add a little water if necessary).
  • We place the sauce we blended in a dish and on top of it, the breasts cut into slices.
  • And finally, we serve.
