Sweet Stuffed Breast

A rich and different way to eat the same chicken breasts but with a sweet touch.

  • 50 milliliters oil , of your choice
  • 600 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 25 grams dried apricots, cut into small cubes
  • 50 grams nut , coarsely
  • 25 grams prunes, seedless, chopped into cubes
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Open the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the breasts with the fruits and nuts, brush with oil, and wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 200ºC for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly and slice.
