900 grams chicken cutlet
2 onions, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon thyme
6 slices pineapple, thick
1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
6 burger buns
1 pinch pepper
salt, to taste

Preheat the grill.
Place the chicken, egg, onion, and thyme in a large glass bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well with your hands.
Form 6 burgers with your hands. A knife can be used to shape the sides. Brush the burgers and pineapple with teriyaki sauce on each side.
Grill the burgers on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. At the same time, grill the pineapples for the same amount of time on each side.
Meanwhile, cut the buns in half and toast them a bit on the grill.
Serve each burger with 1 pineapple slice on a hamburger bun.
