Teriyaki Chicken Burger

  • 900 grams chicken cutlet
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 6 slices pineapple, thick
  • 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 6 burger buns
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • salt, to taste

  • Preheat the grill.
  • Place the chicken, egg, onion, and thyme in a large glass bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well with your hands.
  • Form 6 burgers with your hands. A knife can be used to shape the sides. Brush the burgers and pineapple with teriyaki sauce on each side.
  • Grill the burgers on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. At the same time, grill the pineapples for the same amount of time on each side.
  • Meanwhile, cut the buns in half and toast them a bit on the grill.
  • Serve each burger with 1 pineapple slice on a hamburger bun.
