  • 1 kilo chicken breast, skinless, boneless, and in thin strips
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons thai sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • red chile, sliced, for garnish
  • cilantro leaves

  • Mix the egg, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl. Then, add the chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the Thai sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well and set aside.
  • In a plate, mix the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and coat it well.Fry the Thai chicken in vegetable oil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Cook the sauce for 2 minutes, add the chicken, and mix. Remove and set aside.
  • Serve the Thai fried chicken and garnish with red chili and cilantro leaves.
