Chop Suey

  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1/2 kilos pork
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 onion, big-headed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups carrot
  • 1 cup green bean
  • 1 cup bell pepper, red, green, and yellow
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Cut the meat into strips; as well as the vegetables like carrot, zucchini, green beans, broccoli, and cauliflower.
  • Blanch all the vegetables in water with sugar and salt to help preserve their color.
  • In a skillet, first sauté the pork with a little garlic, olive oil, and margarine for a few minutes and set aside.
  • Cook the chicken and set aside. Sauté the vegetables one by one with garlic, margarine, and oil. Set aside.
  • Mix the vegetables with the meats and cook with margarine; add soy sauce and ginger. Cook for a few minutes on low heat.
