1/2 kilos chicken breast
1/2 kilos pork
1 cup shrimp
1 cucumber
1 cup zucchini
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 onion, big-headed
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups carrot
1 cup green bean
1 cup bell pepper, red, green, and yellow
1/2 cups soy sauce
4 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the meat into strips; as well as the vegetables like carrot, zucchini, green beans, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Blanch all the vegetables in water with sugar and salt to help preserve their color.
In a skillet, first sauté the pork with a little garlic, olive oil, and margarine for a few minutes and set aside.
Cook the chicken and set aside. Sauté the vegetables one by one with garlic, margarine, and oil. Set aside.
Mix the vegetables with the meats and cook with margarine; add soy sauce and ginger. Cook for a few minutes on low heat.
