  • 1 cup dry red wine, or bitter red wine
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 6 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup mustard, regular

  • Preheat oven to 260 degrees C. Mix all the ingredients except the leg in a bowl.
  • Place the mixture of ingredients and the leg in a covered baking dish.
  • Bake for three hours and it's ready.
