1 cup dry red wine, or bitter red wine
3 cups pineapple juice
2 tablespoons oregano
6 garlic
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup mustard, regular

Preheat oven to 260 degrees C. Mix all the ingredients except the leg in a bowl.
Place the mixture of ingredients and the leg in a covered baking dish.
Bake for three hours and it's ready.
