3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 burger buns

Mix the meat with the spices and sauces in a deep bowl.
Shape the hamburgers with your hands (without pressing too hard) and place them on a plate.
Heat a skillet with cooking spray and cook the burgers for about 10 minutes on each side.
