1 cup cow's milk
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoons pepper
1/2 tablespoons paprika
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chipotle chile

The chicken legs are placed in a baking dish 4 hours before preparation and marinated in milk.
In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet.
Each chicken leg is dipped in the flour mixture and fried in the oil for 10-15 minutes or until well cooked and very crispy skin.
While the chicken fries, prepare the two sauces. In one bowl, mix the ketchup with honey, and in another, mix the mayonnaise with chipotle.
Remove the legs from the oil and dry them with paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve with the two sauces that were prepared.
